Registration Instructions for the

ACS Leadership Development Course at MARM 2010

 

You may simply click the link www.acs.org/professionaldevelopment and work your way through the registration process for the Leadership Development Course. 

But in case the registration process is unclear in any way, ACS has provided the detailed step-by-step instructions below to walk you through the process.

Make sure you select the session that will be given in Wilmington DE on April 11, 2010, called “Fostering Innovation”.


Step 1: Log into the ACS Center for Professional Development (www.acs.org/professionaldevelopment). If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Be sure to enter your ACS member number when creating your account to ensure that you receive the ACS member course rate.


Step 2: Click on the “Events/Meetings” tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

 


 

Step 3: Choose your course.  Be sure you are choosing the correct date (April 11 in Wilmington) and course title (Fostering Innovation).

Step 4:  Click on the “Enroll” button.

 


 

Step 5:  Select the radio button and then click “Add”.

 

 

 

NOTE: If you are taking a course that is not being sponsored in full, you will need to enter payment information. If you are unsure, email or the course contact.


 

Step 6: Enter your discount code/scholarship code, if applicable, and click “Apply”. Scholarship codes can be obtained from your committee, division or local section if you are not attending a sponsored-course. NOTE: THIS IS LIKELY ONLY FOR A NATIONAL MEETING COURSE.

 


Step 7:  Complete the payment process by entering your credit card information.  And, you are now enrolled.

 

OR

 

You may designate another payee by selecting the “Payment by other Payer” radio button, then click “submit”. This is an option for you if another party will be paying the balance for your course.

 


 

Step 8:  Complete the Payment by Other Payer details. NOTE: Your course registration will not be complete until payment is received. The other payer does not need to be a member of ACS nor have an account in the ACS Center for Professional Development. They will receive specific instructions for paying for the course.
